Confirming the release date targeting the Mid-Autumn Festival (August 15, Lunar Calendar), “Chạy đâu cho thoát 2” currently has no competitors on the box office, so the film is expected to be successful like the previous part.
The story revolves around the journey of Seo Do Chul (Hwang Jung Min) and Park Sun Woo (Jung Hae In) - a pair of police officers specializing in punishing powerful tycoons who exploit the weak.
According to the producer, the film not only brings exciting action scenes but also portrays in detail the burning social issues of the present time.



Regarding the project, director Ryu Seung Wan confessed: “Since the release of “Chạy đâu cho thoát” in 2015, I have been constantly thinking about making a sequel. The idea of this project has been in my head for 9 years”.
Along with that, the combination of “king of the box office” Hwang Jung Min and “first love beauty” Jung Hae In is also expected to bring many action scenes mixed with humor and excitement for the audience.
