First of all, I apologize to all customers for making incorrect statements from my personal perspective on the issue of converting the bird's nest content from 300mg of Khanh Hoa dry bird's nest, incorrectly converting it to 30g of bird's nest.
After the crew and I realized this mistake, we immediately changed it in the next live session and did not comment on this issue anymore.
And I also want to share more, an important factor is that the 300mg bird's content has been transparently and publicly reported on the product's packaging".
Hang Du Cac said that after the incident, her crew worked with the factory to find out who was responsible and find a solution.
She also affirmed that she had chosen a reputable factory with more than 10 years in the profession and great influence in Nha Trang, provided with full testing documents as announced on the live.
Hang Du Cac's team also contacted the factory and was confirmed that the bird's nest material used was A5 bird's nest, not A5 bird's nest finished product. She affirmed that everything shared on the live session was based on the parameters provided by the factory.
The female vlogger cried and admitted: "This is an extremely profound and valuable lesson for us to grow up, to be more mature, to know the right direction and not to commit more mistakes. And I also hope that people can sympathize with this mistake because we are too young to enter the profession.
I can see that when success comes too quickly, it can lead people in the wrong direction. I sincerely apologize".
Previously, in the livestream session in December 2024, Hang Du Cac and Quang Linh Vlogs advertised the flavorful bird's nest product to ensure deliciousness and good health.
She continuously affirmed that this was whole bird's nest, especially, "a 70ml bowl of bird's nest has up to 30g of fresh bird's nest". Hang Du Cac also emphasized the product made from "A5 group worms, not scraps of bird's nest", with the price of 188,000 VND/6 jars if purchased at livestream.
Immediately, Hang Du Cac's livestream was criticized for false advertising. In fact, the amount of bird's nest in a 70ml jar was only 300mg, not 30g as advertised by her. After that, Hang Du Muc also apologized for incorrectly converting the bird's nest content in this product.
