At that time, Hoa Vien Binh Duong and Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung (sister of Meritorious Artist Vu Linh and biological mother of singer Hong Phuong) signed contracts related to the burial, use, and management of Meritorious Artist Vu Linh's tomb that she did not know.
According to the petition, Hong Loan said it includes 3 contracts including: A contract for using a grave with a total contract value of VND 73,850,000, a funeral service contract with a total contract value of VND 28,600,000 and a grave construction contract with a total contract value of VND 325,000,000. The total value of the 3 signed contracts is 427,450,000 VND.
Hong Loan also said that Binh Duong Female Member has confirmed that the total amount of money Ms. Hong Nhung has paid related to the above 3 contracts is 427,450,000 VND, which means that she has fulfilled her payment obligations for these 3 contracts.
However, she did not agree for the reason: "In fact, Ms. Nhung used the money of the audience and fans who loved my father to donate to my father's funeral to pay the above amount of 427,450,000 VND. Mrs. Nhung did not respect my father's spirituality, did not respect the solemnity of the place where my father retired.
Recently, Ms. Nhung and many people related to Ms. Nhung have continuously visited my father's mausoleum to conduct livestreams, record videos and made untrue statements that were not up to standard right at the mausoleum and posted them on social networks such as Youtube, Facebook...".
Hong Loan said that this affected her peace as the daughter of Meritorious Artist Vu Linh.
Therefore, as the only daughter and sole heir of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh, she said that she had not yet authorized Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung, so Ms. Nhung did not have the right to sign the above 3 contracts with Hoa Viet Binh Duong.
Hong Loan hopes that Binh Duong Flowerists will coordinate in implementing and solving problems such as: Returning to Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung the amount of 427,450,000 VND that Ms. Nhung had paid to Binh Duong Flowerists.
She will be the one to repay this amount to Hoa Tu Binh Duong according to the 3 signed contracts.
She suggested that Binh Duong Flowers cooperate and sign a new contract with her to continue managing and caring for Meritorious Artist Vu Linh's grave with a more special service (according to Binh Duong Flowers' proposal, if any).
"I am willing to pay the higher cost and hope that Hoa Hoa Hoa Binh Duong will have a timely and thorough solution for cases where individuals come to the tomb to cause trouble, cause noise, and chaos, not to visit and commemorate my father as the incident happened recently" - she shared more.
On the side of Ms. Hong Nhung's family, sharing with reporters on July 19, her daughter, singer Hong Phuong, said that the family had learned about Hong Loan's petition sent to Hoa To Binh Duong and to the appeal court.
However, the family found this unreasonable. Hong Phuong said that Hong Loan should not borrow the name "legitimate child" to do bad things to her family's blood relatives.
In addition, Hong Phuong's family drafted a document to respond to Hong Loan's petition about this.
