BTS' V has entered the Billboard Hot 100 chart with his solo song featuring singer Park Hyo Shin.

According to Billboard's update on December 9 (local time), the collaboration song between BTS's V and Park Hyo Shin called "Winter Ahead", released on November 29, debuted at number 99 on the main singles chart of Billboard Hot 100 this week.

This is the fifth time BTS' V has entered the Hot 100 chart with a solo song.

"Winter Ahead" is a jazz-pop song that gained significant attention for its collaboration between V and Park Hyo Shin.

Winter Ahead has a gentle and warm sound, suitable for the atmosphere of the Christmas season, but the melody may not be accessible to the general public. In the soulful melody, V's deep voice harmonizes with male singer Park Hyo Shin, making the hearts of listeners flutter.

The lyrics contain the immense and precious happiness of each person when being with someone special in life. However, fans have discovered that the MV also contains many meanings about a warm holiday season with loved ones.

Some scenes of Winter Ahead were filmed at the Chateau de Saudreville villa in Villeconin (France), a historical monument built around the 17th - 18th century. Therefore, the MV brings a sense of mysterious and luxurious Europe.
