The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to advise on the final handling of the content of eliminating "residential land not forming residential units" in decisions, documents on land allocation, land lease and Land Use Rights Certificates of the project.
The Provincial Tax Department is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to review and handle arising financial obligations to avoid budget losses.
Regarding the 5 ancient villas in the project area including Nghinh Phong, Vong Nguyet, Bao Dai, Xuong Rong and Tu Phuong Vo Su, the investor repaired the two villas and completed them in 2019.
After a period of project implementation, many remaining works are now seriously degraded.
