Thung Nham bird garden (also known as Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area, Thung Chim) in Nam Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province; located in the core area of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex - World Cultural and Natural Heritage.
According to the Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Tourism, Thung Nham bird garden is currently one of the top attractive destinations in Ninh Binh. In particular, this large natural bird sanctuary in the North is now located in the core area of the world heritage and is therefore very strictly protected. The birds here are almost intact.
This place is known as a large natural bird sanctuary in the North, with more than 40 bird species, the number of which is up to 50,000. When the sunset falls, in Thung Nham bird garden, a herd of white storks flying, creating a wild beauty in the vast green nature.
The boat drivers who take tourists to visit Thung Nham bird garden said that following the water, tourists will easily see the tropical forest on the limestone mountain range and the flying birds.
