The Memorial House of President Ton Duc Thang is a project of profound historical and cultural value. After Chairman Ton Duc Thang passed away, this place became the only memorial house in the North to preserve the image and activities of Uncle Ton to the local people.

Every year, on the occasion of President Ton Duc Thang's birthday (August 20) and death anniversary (March 30), cadres and people of Tien Lang district and Hai Phong people come to offer incense at the memorial house.

With its outstanding heritage value, the Memorial House of President Ton Duc Thang, Tien Lang District, Hai Phong City has been ranked as a historical relic by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Decision No. 3547/QD-BVHTTDL. The ceremony to receive the Certificate of National Historical Relic Ranking was held by the locality on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the death of President Ton Duc Thang (March 30, 1980 - March 30, 2025), welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
