"Explosive kiss" officially aired its first two episodes on the evenings of November 12 and 13. Contrary to expectations, the show's viewership rating was only average, recorded at 4.5% for episode 1 and decreased to 4% for episode 2.
The reason comes from the familiar plot: the talented, rich male lead, but the past was hurt, never going through a "short-handed love affair" and the female lead - "struggling to make a living", being betrayed in love. They accidentally met and met a "love thief".
As the name suggests, in the first two episodes, the main couple had "explosive" kiss scenes, even though they had only just met.
Unfortunately, the handsome appearance and "chemistry" between Jang Ki Yong and Ahn Eun Jin are not enough to help the film increase its appeal, even in this work, they try to change their image and constantly transform on set.
For example, with Ahn Eun Jin, she lost weight and took good care of herself to look more beautiful and attractive. The actress hopes that the audience can dream of such a romantic love story after watching the film, so she even requested more kissing scenes that are not in the script.

But to achieve director Kim Jae Hyun's rating target of 15%, "Explosive kiss" needs to do more than that.
