The contest has many categories: “Nature and Mountains”, “Smartphones”, “Festivals and Streets”, “People and Portraits”, “Seas and Lakes”, with the Gold Prize awarded to authors Kate Snow (Australia), Varzariu Mugur (Romania), Indranil Sengupta (India), Ziaul Huque (Bangladesh), Thibault Terbaldi (USA). Viet Van, a reporter for Lao Dong Newspaper, won an Honorable Mention in the “Smartphones” category with his color photo “Dawn in the Sahara Desert” taken in Morocco. Author Ngo Van Diep (Vietnam) won the Special Jury Prize and an Honorable Mention in the “People and Portraits” category.
The winning photos will be exhibited at Compete Photodays 2024 in Malaga (Spain).
