Strengthening the legal corridor, connecting the digital creative community
After the first season in 2024, this year's program continues to aim at building a safe and healthy digital content environment with the theme "Great Vietnam".
Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh emphasized that the management agency always accompanies the creative community through completing the legal corridor. Decrees and regulations on advertising, broadcasting, television, and electronic information are issued to create a clear framework, helping creators operate in accordance with the law while still keeping up with trends. He affirmed that the creative community needs to achieve two "correct" and " hits" factors: complying with legal regulations, meeting user needs.
In the context of rapidly changing digital life, the Deputy Minister said that the timely detection and resolution of legal gaps need to be carried out in parallel between state agencies and the creative community. The ministry aims to provide a source of standard data and information, creating conditions for creators to freely develop in a safe and reliable space.
The issue of controlling advertising violations, especially the promotion of e-cigarettes, was hotly discussed. Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information Le Quang Tu Do said that over the past three years, the Department has coordinated with a team of specialists and an automatic algorithmic system to scan and handle more than 90% of violating content on social networks.
Mr. Le Quang Tu Do said that platforms have applied artificial intelligence to filter immediately when usersload content, helping management to be more proactive. The National Assembly has issued a regulation banning e-cigarette advertising, and the authorities will continue to closely coordinate with digital platforms to tighten this activity. In addition to technical tools, it is necessary to increase propaganda, raise awareness, and avoid letting sellers take advantage of legal loopholes.
At the dialogue session, representatives of enterprises in the field of multi-channel networks (MCN) proposed to promote the intermediary role in the digital content ecosystem. Mr. Le Quang Tu Do said that Vietnam i Content is an initiative to connect brands, MCN, advertising agents and creators, towards transparent and sustainable cooperation. The Department plans to organize additional conferences to provide periodic information, general exchange groups and orders from management agencies to directly connect with the community.

Enterprises and platforms join hands to build a trust economy
The presentations at Vietnam i Content 2025 show the trend of shifting from "running with views" to building a "economy of trust". Business representatives said that communication needs to both promote growth and spread sustainable values. The philosophy of " Strong community - Strong economy" is concretized by the requirement of clean, responsible content, not exchanging consumer confidence for short-term effects.
A nutrition company emphasized that in the field related to health, standards and information security are "uncompromising" factors. They prioritize cooperation with creators with similar value systems, because each video and article contributes to shaping consumer habits and community awareness.
A representative of a global social networking platform shared that short videos are accounting for a large proportion of the time spent by Vietnamese youth - not only for entertainment, but also a way to express emotions and connect the community. The platform aims to both provide creative tools and support creators to make a sustainable living through branded content, collaborative advertising and training programs.
Within the framework of the event, domestic and foreign creators shared experiences, spreading a healthy and humane lifestyle. Three livestream sessions to raise funds to support people in the Central region affected by floods and the "on-site content creation" activity show the sense of social responsibility of content creators.
