Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung has signed Decision No. 555/QD-BVHTTDL on assigning tasks within the Ministry's leadership.
Accordingly, Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh was assigned to help the Minister directly monitor and direct the following areas of work: Press, media; Radio, television, electronic information; Basic information and foreign information; Research on culture, arts, sports and tourism; Trade unions.
Mr. Le Hai Binh will help the Minister monitor and direct professional work for the following agencies and units:
State management advisory agencies: Department of Press; Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information; Department of Information and External Information; Ministry Office.
Public service units: Culture Newspaper; Culture and Arts Magazine; Vietnam Institute of Culture, Arts, Sports and Tourism.
At the same time, monitor and direct the sector's work in provinces and cities in the Northeast region and the Red River Delta.
Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh also carries out other tasks assigned by the Minister.
Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong monitors and directs the fields of: performing arts; cinema; fine arts, photography and exhibition; State management of literature; administrative reform; national defense and security of the Ministry.
Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy monitors and directs the fields of: grassroots culture, family, library; ethnic culture; emulation, reward and inspection.
Deputy Minister Hoang Dao Cuong monitors and directs the fields of physical education and sports, cultural heritage and museums. Assist the Minister in monitoring and directing professional work for the following agencies and units: Department of Physical Education and Sports; Department of Cultural Heritage and public service units.
Deputy Minister Ho An Phong monitors and directs the fields of: tourism; copyright; cultural industry; business innovation and development; socialization in the fields of culture, family, physical education, sports and tourism.
Deputy Minister Phan Tam monitors and directs the fields of: publishing, printing and distribution; training and fostering state management knowledge in culture, sports, tourism; science, technology and environment; digital transformation.
In addition, Deputy Minister Phan Tam also helps the Minister monitor and direct professional work for the following agencies and units: Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution; Department of Science, Technology, Training and Environment and public service units.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing on March 6, and replaces Decision No. 586/QD-BVHTTDL dated March 11, 2024 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on assigning tasks to the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
