This year, Van Dung plays the Health God with stories revolving around inadequacies in bidding for medical equipment in hospitals.

Van Dung revealed another special thing about director Do Thanh Hai: “The special thing is that he never accepts anything from us, even a small gift. Sometimes, when Tet comes, I want to express my feelings and respect for him, and want to buy him a small gift, but he absolutely never accepts. If I call him for work, he is willing to listen and willing to spend time. But if I ask to meet him to give him a gift, he never answers the phone, never replies to messages, and always hides away, never meets. We still tease each other, meeting Do Thanh Hai to give him a gift is as difficult as climbing a ladder to the sky.”
Director - Meritorious Artist Do Thanh Hai was born in 1973. He is the director of many famous TV series such as: Please believe me (1997), Cua de danh (1998), Phuong truong la bau troi (2001)...
He graduated as Valedictorian, majoring in Film Directing from the University of Theatre and Cinema in 1996, then graduated with a Master's degree in Film and Television Arts in 2010, and studied and trained professionally in the television industry at DW - Deutsche Welle Academy, Germany in 2008.
Director - Meritorious Artist Do Thanh Hai held the position of Director of the Television Film Production Center (VFC) under VTV before being appointed as Deputy General Director of VTV in 2020.
