The female MC and actress said that she has been a customer of H (the name of a milk brand) since 2022 through friends introducing her. After giving her son milk for half a year, seeing that the baby was significantly taller, the brand also provided full information and a license for the product, the female MC trusted and accepted a "feedback" (feedback, comments) for this milk from 2022 to early 2025.
Van Hugo confirmed that her son was also using this milk.
"In the past few days, there has been a lot of inaccurate information that has confused people. I have been provided with a list of ingredients by the brand after being inspected and tested by the National Institute for Food Safety and Hygiene testing. The ingredients in the milk meet the quality and allowable ratio.
My son is a consumer, he has been using the product for the past 3 years and has had very positive results, so I always believe in the product and the state's approval," said Van Hugo.
She added: "Recently, there has been false information comparing H to the fake milk that was just caught, causing my honor to be seriously affected. I am very sad and wrote this article to confirm to everyone that H milk is not on the list of fake milk and is still circulating on the market normally.
I would also like to accept my responsibility for letting my son use milk that has personalized his experience and advertised to everyone, while the product does not have the same effect on all children but the effectiveness depends on the location of each child".
In addition, Van Hugo also thanked those who have commented and sincerely apologized to his audience, those who have always followed, loved and put their trust in her for over 20 years.
"This is really a difficult time for me, I would like to learn from the experience for the future. And I am truly grateful for the understanding and support from my family and those who have always loved me, and I apologize to everyone for letting people be upset about this unnecessary misunderstanding," said the female MC.
