The forum with the theme "Vietnamese Business Culture - New Value System from Breakthrough Thinking of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress", is expected to attract about 700-800 delegates who are Party and State leaders, ministries, branches, economic groups, business communities, experts and press agencies.
Information was announced by the Organizing Committee at a press conference on the afternoon of the 12th. 3. The forum is directed annually by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Industry and Trade; Organizing Committee of the "Building Vietnamese Business Culture" Campaign. In 2026, the event is organized by the Vietnam Business Culture Development Association in coordination with the Vietnam National Group of Industry and Energy (Petrovietnam).

According to Mr. Ho Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Vietnam Business Culture Development Association, Head of the Organizing Committee for the Campaign "Building Vietnamese Business Culture", the forum is organized in the context of the country entering a new stage of development according to the direction of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress.
In the new development mindset, culture is identified as the pillar, the regulatory system ensuring the rapid and sustainable development of the country. For the business community, business culture is not only an ethical standard in market operation but also a foundation for forming business reputation, national identity and competitiveness of the economy," said Mr. Ho Anh Tuan.
According to the Organizing Committee, recently the Politburo has issued many strategic resolutions, contributing to shaping a new development mindset in the era of integration and innovation. These resolutions orient the transformation of the growth model from scale-based to quality-based development, science and technology and digital transformation, while aiming for harmonious development between economy, culture and society.
This year's forum focuses on two main contents: "Constructive government - Improving institutions for new business standards" and "Acting businesses - Spreading values and raising the level of Vietnamese businesses".
According to Prof. Dr. Tu Thi Loan - Vice President of the Vietnam Business Culture Development Association, Director of Thang Long Cultural Research Institute, high-level discussion sessions will clarify the role of the State in perfecting institutions, and at the same time affirm the responsibility of the business community in building and spreading business cultural standards.

The discussion sessions not only emphasize the constructive role of the State but also emphasize the commitment of businesses to action in integrating culture into governance, improving transparency and fulfilling social responsibility," Ms. Tu Thi Loan said.
Mr. Tran Quang Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group, Co-Chairman of the 2026 Forum, said that through the event, Petrovietnam and the Vietnam Business Culture Development Association expect to promote the building and spreading of business cultural values in the business community.
Within the framework of the forum, the Organizing Committee will announce the Set of Vietnamese Business Cultural Values in the new era and launch the commitment to implementation of the business community. This is considered the next development step of the "Building Vietnamese Business Culture" Campaign launched by the Prime Minister since 2016.
