From March 1, 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong province will perform the function of management, the authority to receive and handle administrative procedures in the fields of: Press; Publishing, Printing and Distribution; Radio, television and electronic information.
This is a group of administrative procedures under the authority of the Department of Information and Communications before.
After the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council issued a Resolution on the arrangement of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, transferring functions, tasks, and organization of the state management apparatus of press and publishing from the Department of Information and Communications to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the management function and authority to receive and handle administrative procedures in the fields of: Press; Publishing, Printing and Distribution; Radio, Television and Electronic Information are implemented by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
