The program "Border Spring warms people's hearts 2026" is organized to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress; celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026) and welcome the new Spring of Binh Ngo 2026.
It is known that the program will take place at 8:10 PM on January 31st in Huong Xuan border commune, Ha Tinh province, broadcast live on VTV1 channel, Vietnam Television, retransmitted on Vietnam National Defense Television Channel and on radio and television stations of provinces and cities bordering the border area.
The program is directed by General Director Nguyen Trung Dung, script and commentary by Senior Lieutenant Colonel, writer Pham Van Anh; artistic director - Colonel, Meritorious Artist Nguyen Tuan Anh and Meritorious Artist Ngoc Cam and many famous artists.
This is an annual program organized with humanistic meaning of the Border Guard force every Tet holiday. Not only is it an art night, the program is a touching symphony about military-civilian relations, realistically recreating the image of Border Guard soldiers at the forefront, from fighting crime, rescue and relief amidst natural disasters, to silent footsteps carrying Spring, bringing warmth of affection to every house in the border area.
General director Nguyen Trung Dung said that the stage will be designed like a Spring painting in the borderland, bringing the beauty of traditional culture blended with modern performance technology. The program is also built with many meanings, humane and profound content... creating a strong emotional flow, vividly depicting the image of border guards in the "Easter of national rise".
Accordingly, the unique cultural space with Ha Tinh Vi Giam melodies is renewed through the skit "Bringing Spring to the Village", combined with modern compositions such as "Border Spring warms the love of soldiers and people"... Along with that are untold reports about transnational drug cases, storm rescues in the Northeast Sea and the Quang Trung campaign full of humanity. At the same time, an emotional meeting with living witnesses from Laos - proof of a solid border friendship...
Social security activities to give Tet gifts and scholarships to policy families, poor households and students in border areas, realizing the motto: "Soldiers proactively reach out to the people" is one of the important contents of the "Border Spring warms people's hearts" 2026 program, expected to give nearly 1,000 gifts, 200 scholarships "Raising children to school", 4 houses "Border Shelter", 31 breeding cows for people in border areas.
The organizers added that in 2026, the entire Border Guard force will donate nearly 20,000 "Border Spring" gifts, 3,000 "Raising Steps for Children to School" scholarships, 500 breeding cows, 200 "Border Shelter" houses, and organize medical examinations and treatment for 15,000 people...
