The Labor Federation of Lang Son province currently directly manages 182 grassroots trade unions with nearly 12,600 union members; coordinates to direct 20 grassroots trade unions directly under the central industry trade union with about 4,000 union members. Notably, the production and business sector accounts for more than 50% of the total number of union members.
