    Tại các khu kinh tế, khu công nghiệp ở tỉnh Quảng Trị, có không ít dự án treo, dự án chậm tiến độ hoặc dự án đã đi vào hoạt động nhưng ngừng sản xuất. Tình trạng này gây khó khăn cho công tác quản lý, lãng phí nguồn lực nên cần phải thanh tra, xử lý.

    Người dân ở xã Hải Khê của huyện Hải Lăng (tỉnh Quảng Trị) nằm trong Khu Kinh tế Đông Nam và nằm ở vùng quy hoạch dự án treo có nhà sắp sập, nhưng gặp khó khăn trong việc sửa chữa, khiến cuộc sống ngày càng khó khăn.
