Accordingly, businesses need to recruit up to 2,000 sewing workers. People without skills are trained and paid by the company.
Other positions to be recruited include: level 3 sewing workshop, embroidery workshop, fabric cutting and distribution inspection workshop, fabric release workshop, photocopying workshop, warehouse delivery workshop. The average income of workers in these positions is from 9 to 12 million VND.
In addition, the company needs technical positions for the factory such as: CI staff, sewing line inspection staff, technical staff, sewing team leader, and machine maintenance.
In addition, the Company is recruiting other staff positions such as: importing staff, order management staff, raw material control staff, color separation staff, statistics staff. These positions have agreed salaries and require English or Chinese as a foreign language.
The company has a full salary and bonus regime and social insurance contributions. Notably, the company has vehicles for transportation, accommodation support, health check-ups, and support for documentation costs.
After the probationary period, employees will be able to participate in all insurance regimes according to regulations.
Workers can submit documents and interviews from 8am to 11am in the morning, in the afternoon from 13:10pm to 3pm at the company.
