According to the Hai Duong Provincial Portal on March 5, on February 28, the Provincial People's Committee issued a Decision to establish the Hai Duong Provincial Vocational Education Center under the Department of Education and Training.
The center was established on the basis of merging the following centers: Vocational Training and Farmers' Support Center under the Provincial Farmers' Association; 8/3 Hai Duong Women's Employment Service Center under the Provincial Women's Union; Hai Duong Youth Employment Service Center and Hai Duong Youth, Workers and Young Labor Support Center under the Provincial Youth Union.
The Hai Duong Provincial Vocational Education Center is a public service unit that self-insures a part of the regular expenditure under the Department of Education and Training (Group 3). From January 2027 onwards, it will be a public service unit that self-insures regular expenditures (Group 2) under the Department of Education and Training; has legal status, its own seal and account and is allowed to open an account at the State Treasury and the Bank according to the provisions of law; is under the direct direction and management of the Department of Education and Training on the structure, organization and operation; at the same time, is under state management of competent state agencies.
According to the decision, the Hai Duong Provincial Vocational Education Center will be put into operation from March 1. The Center's headquarters is located on An Dinh Street, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province.
