According to the Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security), from January 1, people who need to issue and change driving licenses online will have 13 steps to take place.

Step 5: Check personal information and driver's license.
Step 6: Enter the change information (if needed).
Step 7: Look up the health information that has been examined using the health examination paper code or citizen identification number, then look up health details.
Step 8: View the instructions and download the portrait photo.
Step 9: Attach the dossier components according to the instructions.
Step 10: Re-check the contact information.
Step 11: Commit to information and continue.
Step 12: Select the form of receiving the result, check the recipient's information and enter the address to receive the result.
Step 13: Select "submit documents", you can review the information after successfully submitting the documents.
After clicking "submitting documents" People have successfully registered to register for the license exchange service on level 4 public services, waiting for approval from the competent authority and instructions to supplement the documents (if there are errors or lack of information to be supplemented).
The fee for exchanging for online public services is 115,000 VND/grant (implemented according to TT 63/2023/TT-BTC)
People will receive results after 5 days from the date of receipt of the application;
Driver's license information is updated on VNeID (for people using level 2 identification) and the driver's license information lookup page of the Traffic Police Department: gplx.csgt.bocongan.gov.vn after 3 days from the date of receipt of the application.
The results of the driving license are paid through the postal service at the request of the individual.
