Along with receiving and handling the procedures for issuing and renewing driving licenses throughout the process on the public service portal, right from the first day of implementation, the Road Motor Vehicle Driving License Assessment Team, Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Quang Ninh Provincial Police has received instructions for many citizens to apply for a driver's license renewal procedure on the 2nd floor of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
According to the Traffic Police Department, Quang Ninh Provincial Police, the Police Agency receives and resolves procedures for testing and issuing driver's licenses, the documents of the procedures have not changed compared to before. People can complete the procedures for granting and exchanging driving licenses online on the public service portal; or directly at the counters from No. 49 to No. 52, 2nd floor, Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
People can come to do procedures at 13 commune-level police units classified by the Traffic Police Department and Provincial Police according to regulations.
The authorities also recommend: Traffic police do not issue driver's licenses by phone call. Phone calls that require personal information and sending links to complete the procedures for issuing and renewing driving licenses are new tricks of fraudsters.
