With the largest scale ever, the Teaching Competition gathered 462 teachers from 61 localities and 7 ministries and branches, competing in 25 vocational sub-committees.
More than 90% of the lectures at the conference were practical and integrated, accounting for the largest proportion ever. The lectures covered a variety of professions and fields, including many popular professions with high demand for human resources, suitable for current social development.
At the end of the Teaching Conference, the Organizing Committee awarded 150 individual prizes to the most outstanding teachers, including 25 First prizes, 50 Second prizes and 75 Third prizes, along with many certificates of merit to groups and individuals with outstanding achievements. The Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union also awarded Certificates of Merit to 15 outstanding young teachers.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Le Tan Dung highly appreciated the efforts of innovation and creativity of teachers, affirming that the Teaching Festival is a testament to the determination of the teaching staff in the process of developing high-quality human resources. Standardizing the quality of lecturers is a key factor to improve the quality of vocational training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization of the country.
The National Vocational Education Teachers' Conference is organized by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs every three years. The next National Vocational Education Teachers' Conference will take place in 2027.
