On the afternoon of April 25, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Province Police examined the scene of the accident that left a couple dead or injured.
The location of the accident was km 1732 through Thuan Nam town, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province.
According to the image recorded by the local camera, the electric bicycle driven by Mr. T.V.T (born in 1987) carrying Ms. P.T.N.N (born in 1994, residing in Thuan Nam town) was changing direction across the road when it collided with a truck with license plate 60H - 053.49 driven by Mr. P.C.H (born in 1982). Trucks traveling from Dong Nai to Phan Thiet city.
The direct collision caused the electric bicycle to lie under the ground at the front of the truck. Both victims were taken to the emergency room, but Mr. T died, and Ms. N was seriously injured.
The Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Province Police and other professional units examined the scene and requested an autopsy to investigate the accident.
