Information from a leader of the People's Committee of Ky Xuan commune (Ky Anh district), at around 2:00 p.m. on March 9, people discovered 2 people dead on the coastal road section passing through Cao Thang village, Ky Xuan commune. The incident was reported to the local authorities.
After receiving the report, the authorities arrived at the scene to identify the two victims, Mr. T.V.K (53 years old) and Mr. C.V.S (39 years old), both residing in Cao Thang village, Ky Xuan commune.
According to initial assessment, this road section has a curve, along with smooth rain, so it is likely that the driver could not control the steering wheel, leading to the accident.
The case is currently being investigated.
