Hanoi - In the first 3 months of the year, Hanoi Transport Corporation has served over 54 million passengers, accounting for over 56% of the total passenger volume of the network.

On April 11, Hanoi Transport Corporation said that in the first 3 months of 2025, the corporation has adjusted the operating charts of 13 bus routes to suit the travel needs of passengers.

At the same time, adjust the chart of 3 routes, rationalize the flow of 13 bus routes to advise; propose that the State management agency reorganize 2 branch routes ineffectively.

As a result of the accumulated results in the first 3 months of the year, the Corporation has operated 792,000 vehicles, serving over 54 million passengers, accounting for over 56% of the total customer output of the network. Of which, the estimated ticket volume is 5 million.

Regarding the operation of business bus routes, the two airport bus routes 68 and 86 operate 7,914 trips.

In addition, in the first 3 months of the year, the corporation received 32,695 calls and messages from customers. In particular, the information of praise increased compared to 2024.

Regarding bidding for bus routes, the corporation has completed the bidding for bidding packages for public passenger transport services by bus for 44 routes, operating from April 1, 2025, ensuring stable market share and stable operations.

The maintenance, repair of buses and vehicle renovation before putting them into operation continue to be focused on to ensure technical quality, vehicle image, operational safety and equipment on the vehicle.

The inspection and supervision of service quality on bus routes continues to be strengthened, focusing on thematic inspections to handle violations of vehicle quality, driving discipline, service attitude, revenue violations, stopping violations, and the Road Traffic Law in conjunction with the theme of 2025.
