The 25C Road Construction Investment Project, the section from National Highway 51 to Huong Lo 19, is more than 2.6km long. This is the beginning of the route invested to complete the 25C road axis from National Highway 51 to Cat Lai bridge area. When completed, the route will connect Long Thanh airport with National Highway 51, Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway and Ring Road 3 HCMC.

In the early stages of implementation, the project encountered difficulties and obstacles in site clearance, so it was delayed. However, after that, the site issue was resolved and the project progress was accelerated.

According to the City Construction Investment Project Management Board, to date, the 25C Road Construction Investment Project has achieved 64% of the signed contract value. In which, the main route section has completed 2-layer asphalt concrete paving for a 1.1km long section.
