In 2025, the Party committees and commanders of agencies and units in the armed forces of the province have thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the resolutions, orders, directives and plans of the Party Committee and the Military Region 9 Command, and instructions of the Military Region agencies on military and defense work. Advis the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to issue resolutions and directives on leadership and direction in implementing local national defense and military tasks. Strictly maintain the combat readiness regime (SSCD) in coordination with forces to grasp the local situation, maintain political security and social order and safety.
thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the conclusions of the Politburo on the policy of arranging and reorganizing administrative units at all levels and building a model of organizing local government at 2 levels; Project of the Central Military Commission on continuing to reorganize local military organizations "streamlined, compact, strong" to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation; direct, perfect, arrange, and stabilize the payroll of the regional Defense Command and agencies and units after the merger and reorganization.
Complete 100% of the military training targets, foster national defense and security knowledge for the subjects, participate in competitions and sports festivals, all of which have achieved high results. Organize the construction and completion of a system of documents ready to fight after the merger; Maintain the armed forces to strictly implement the task of providing security and order; coordinate to closely monitor the situation, mobilize 3,020 officers, soldiers, and militia to participate in overcoming the consequences of 45 fires, 48 natural disasters and 5 landslides, contributing to protecting the safety of life and property of the State and the people in the area.
Organize the Provincial Military Party Congress and its branches and Party Committees closely and according to plan. Coordinate with the Party Committees of communes, wards and special zones to strictly direct the dissolution, establishment of new ones and holding a congress of 102/102 military groups at the commune level.
Coordinate to advise the Provincial Steering Committee to summarize the activities of the " Mien Nho Tet" for the period 2021 - 2025; organize and monitor localities to implement the activities of the " Mien Nho Tet" in 2026 with a mobilized budget of nearly 300 billion VND; logistics, technical work, digital transformation... achieve good results.
In 2026, the Provincial Military Command will continue to do a good job of implementing resolutions, especially the Resolution of the Party Committee, the Military Region Command, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee on military and defense tasks.
Develop and fully implement directives, plans and documents directing regular security and order work, protecting important holidays, Tet, and political events in 2026 and organizing drills and exercises on plans and solutions to protect the APEC summit in 2027.
At the conference, the Provincial Military Command awarded the Emulation title to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the Emulation Movement for the Decision to win in 2025.
