On December 30, the People's Council of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, term VII, 2021-2026, held its 25th session (special session) and passed 3 important resolutions on personnel work.
In particular, the resolution was passed to dismiss Mr. Tran Thuong Chi - Director of the Department of Transport - from the position of Member of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, term VII, 2021-2026, because he was assigned to another job. Previously, the Provincial Party Committee had just announced the decision to appoint Mr. Tran Thuong Chi as Secretary of the Long Dat District Party Committee for the term 2020-2025.
Another resolution confirmed the results of the election of additional members of the Provincial People's Committee, term VII, 2021-2026, for Mr. Nguyen Van Dang - Director of the Department of Finance. Previously, Mr. Dang was the Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council, term VII, 2021-2026, and was recently transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Finance at the end of November 2024.
The People's Council of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province also passed a resolution confirming the election results of Mr. Nguyen Cong Danh - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Dat Do district, Provincial People's Council delegate - to hold the position of Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the People's Council of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, term VII, 2021-2026.
