On April 14, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Delegation of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province - reception of citizens in April 2025.
At the meeting, from a thorough viewpoint, specific analysis, frank exchange of citizens' cases, Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Secretary assigned specific responsibilities to localities to resolve each case with the motto of ensuring the law provisions, applying the maximum policy for the rights and legitimate interests of the people.
Typically among them is the case of citizens of the meteorological area (after pure), Bo Son area, Vo Cuong ward, Bac Ninh city.
Researching the case file and listening to citizens presented at the reception, Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan said that on this incident, from the province to the city are very interested. However, comparing with the current law provisions, it is not enough to allocate land to the people.
Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Secretary affirmed that, for the citizens' problems, in the coming time, when there are new guidelines of the Central Government, Bac Ninh province will consider and thoroughly solve the issues in this project.
At the meeting, citizens also shared their thoughts, in the near future, the provincial and the province merged, concerned that their rights would be left open.
Regarding this, the Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee shared with the concern of the citizen and affirmed that the province will hand over the complete records to the new government to continue resolving.
In addition, Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces have established 5 joint working groups to serve the merger of the province, including the group of complaints and denunciations to ensure the best rights of the people.
Earlier, on April 12, 2025, on behalf of the Central Executive Committee, General Secretary To Lam signed the Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW The 11th Conference of the XIII Central Committee of the Party Central Committee.
Accordingly, the list of expected names of provinces, cities and political - administrative centers (provincial capital) of 34 provincial administrative units (enclosed with Resolution No. 60 -NQ/TW, dated 12.4.2025 of the 11th Conference of the XIII Party Central Committee), in which, consolidated Bac Ninh and Bac Giang province, named Bac Ninh province, the current political -administrative center is located in Bac Giang province.
