Bac Ninh develops housing for police officers and soldiers

Bac Ninh - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch on housing development for police officers and soldiers.

The official dispatch sent to the Provincial Police and the Department of Construction stated that, implementing the document dated March 12, of the Ministry of Public Security on housing development for police officers and soldiers;

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police and relevant agencies to organize the implementation of the proposal of the Ministry of Public Security in the above document; advise the Provincial People's Committee if it exceeds its authority.

The Provincial Police proactively implement the direction of the Ministry of Public Security in the above document; review the needs and progress of housing arrangement for police officers and soldiers in the province, propose to the Department of Construction specific contents for synthesis and implementation.

Previously, on the afternoon of March 13, the Ministry of Public Security held an online conference on housing development for police officers and soldiers.

The report at the conference stated that, regarding the development of social housing for police officers and soldiers, at the time of statistics (March 2025), there were about 45,000 police officers and soldiers nationwide in need of social housing.

Up to now, the Ministry of Public Security has completed the development of laws, decrees, and circulars, including contents related to housing development for the People's Armed Forces; issued a Plan to implement the target of 5,000 social housing units in the People's Public Security and documents guiding the Public Security of units and localities to organize implementation.
