According to information from Ha Nam Provincial Police, up to now, the Provincial Police have increased 692 capable and experienced officers to work in professional departments and 613 officers to the Commune-level Police. At the same time, proactively advised the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, and the People's Committee of Ha Nam province to pay attention to and create favorable conditions for facilities, equipment, support tools, and means for the grassroots police force.
With a proactive spirit, up to now, the Provincial Police have provided 98 1998 specialized cars to the Commune, Ward and Town Police to serve the work of ensuring security and order at the grassroots level.
At the car handover ceremony, Mr. Truong Quoc Huy - Chairman of Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee and Colonel To Anh Dung - Director of the Provincial Police - handed over the Decision to hand over 17 specialized cars to the Police of communes and towns in the area. At the same time, it is required that vehicle receiving units continue to promote a sense of responsibility, strictly implement regulations on management and use of public assets; regularly inspect, maintain, and use vehicles for the right purposes, work requirements, and ensure economical and efficient use.
The provision of specialized automobiles to serve the work of the commune-level police force shows the concern of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial Police to the commune-level police force. Thereby, creating conditions for the police force in patrolling, controlling, proactively preventing and combating all types of crimes and violations of the law, ensuring security and order. Contributing to building a disciplined, elite, and modern grassroots police force to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
