Implementing site clearance work to serve traffic projects in the area, on June 9, 2026, Nguyen Trai Commune People's Committee handed over the site to the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 of Hung Yen province to implement the project to build DT. 376C route (section connecting QL. 39 with DT. 386C) and the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road project (intersection with DT. 378).
Accordingly, the locality has handed over more than 2,000m2 of land from 42 households in Nhan Vu, Nhan Ly and Mao Xuyen villages to implement the project to build DT. 376C route (the section connecting QL. 39 with DT. 386C). At the same time, handed over 45.5m2 of land from 2 households in Tan Dan hamlet to serve the implementation of the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road project (intersection DT. 378).
The handover of land is carried out in accordance with the order and regulations of law, ensuring publicity, transparency and receiving the consensus of households with recovered land.
At the handover ceremony, many households proactively collected assets and works on the land to create conditions for the construction unit to receive the site. People expressed their wish that the projects would be implemented soon, completed on schedule, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and improving the quality of life.
Over the past time, Nguyen Trai Commune People's Committee has focused on drastically directing site clearance work, identifying this as a key task to promote the development of transport infrastructure of the locality and the province.
The Commune People's Committee assigned the Economic Department, the Commune Construction Investment Management Board and related units to coordinate with the villages to review dossiers, determine the origin of land, and develop compensation and support plans in accordance with regulations; and at the same time promote propaganda, mobilization, and direct dialogue with households to promptly answer recommendations and arising problems.
The handover of land is an important basis for the investor to soon deploy the construction of project items, contributing to completing the transport infrastructure system in the area, strengthening connectivity between areas, creating favorable conditions for trade, socio-economic development and improving people's lives.
