At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Editor-in-Chief of Hoa Binh Newspaper - to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
Also at the conference, according to Decision No. 1510-QD/TU dated April 18, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee, Hoa Binh Newspaper and the Provincial Radio and Television Station were merged into a new press agency named Hoa Binh Newspaper.
This is a public service unit under the Provincial Party Committee, playing the role of the mouthpiece of the Provincial Party Committee, government and people; performing the task of information, propaganda, press and communication activities according to the Party's orientation and legal regulations.
After the merger, Hoa Binh Newspaper operates according to a convergence model of "multi-medium - multi-platform", moving towards financial autonomy and implementing the ordering mechanism in providing information to serve political tasks. The goal is to meet the requirements of general and specialized information, policy communication for each public group and each region.
The Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Tien - Director of the Provincial Radio and Television Station - as Editor-in-Chief of Hoa Binh Newspaper.
The Deputy Editor-in-Chief include: Mr. Bui Van Tuong, Mr. Do Ngoc Vinh, Mr. Chu Minh Tuan and Ms. Bui Thi Yen.
