On July 22, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of Giao Thuy Commune People's Committee (Ninh Binh Province) said that the local government is coordinating with the electricity and network operators to urgently handle the power poles that fell in the area.
According to initial statistics, about 9 electric poles in Giao Thuy commune were knocked down by the wind during storm No. 3 through Ninh Binh province.
"The fallen electric poles were all located in the residential area, which is an old column. There are many network cables above the column, so when strong winds impact, this situation has occurred. Currently, the areas where electric poles have fallen have temporarily cut off electricity for treatment," said the leader of Giao Thuy Commune People's Committee.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper's reporter noted that at noon on July 22, many trees on some roads in Ninh Binh province were knocked down. The roads were deserted. The authorities were also present to regulate traffic, handle, collect and transport broken branches due to the impact of the storm.
