On February 27, Ben Nghe Ward Police (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) are working with T.C.H (26 years old, living in District 8) and people related to the incident in which a security guard at Nguyen Hue walking street was beaten in the head, causing injuries.
Initial information, at around 9:00 a.m. the same day, Mr. N.X.C (58 years old) - a security guard on duty at the monument park and Nguyen Hue Street - discovered T.C.H stopping and parking his motorbike on Nguyen Hue Street (District 1). After that, H went to the park with the same girl, both of whom let their dogs run around the park without any ropes or muzzles.
Seeing that, Mr. C reminded and asked H to take the dog out of the area and not let it roam freely, but the two men and women not only did not agree but also argued with Mr. C. Suddenly, H picked up a metal stick and hit Mr. C hard on the head, causing him to bleed a lot of blood and unconscious on the spot.
People around who witnessed the incident gave first aid and took security guards to the emergency room; at the same time, they reported to Ben Nghe Ward Police (District 1).
According to the records, right in the area where the male security guard was beaten, there was a rules book, which stipulated "no pets are taken away or released".
The case is being investigated by the police.
