At around 2:00 p.m. on March 11, a fire broke out at a house in lane 343 Doi Can (Lieu Giai ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi).
As soon as the incident occurred, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Joint Stock Team activated the initial fire treatment equipment.
After receiving the report, the Hanoi City Police Command Information Center mobilized officers and soldiers of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Team (PCCC and CNCH) in charge of Ba Dinh District to the scene.
At the scene, the fire broke out on the 2nd floor (2-storey house with 1 attic); the fire fighting commander directed officers and soldiers to focus on rescuing people, and quickly coordinated with the ward police force and people to organize fire fighting and prevent the fire from spreading to surrounding areas.
At around 2:45 p.m., the fire was completely extinguished. Initial information, due to the owner turning on the dog's heater, the heater was poured onto the floor and caught fire on the knees and mattresses, leading to a fire in the dog storage area.
Through the above incident, the police agency recommends: For heat-generating electrical equipment such as tables, electrical stoves, dryers, dryers, heaters, heating pads, heating lights... there must be someone to look after and use them to limit the risk of fire.
Do not leave flammable materials or devices with compressed air near drying and heating areas. Users need to determine the level and temperature of the device themselves to maintain a safe distance to prevent heat radiation from causing fire and explosion.
The materials are required to be at least 50cm away from electrical bulbs, sockets, bridge blades, light bulbs and electrical consumption equipment... or there must be a solution to prevent electrical fires from power outages that can cause fires.
People need to raise their vigilance and report fire when detecting a fire. When a fire occurs, quickly call the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force by phone number 114.
