Witness the super-fast process of issuing health certificates
Faced with the increasing demand for vocational training, driving tests, and job applications, health certificate issuance activities in Thai Nguyen have also become bustling. Because of this, many medical facilities have received a large number of people coming to get health certificates every day.
Among the medical facilities with health certificate issuance services in Thai Nguyen, Minh Duc General Clinic (PKĐK) under Minh Duc General Medical Joint Stock Company is rumored by many people as a place that can complete procedures quickly, even super-fast when it only takes time to ask for doctors' signatures and stamps.
To see the abnormalities in this matter, reporters played the role of a person who needed to be issued a health certificate at Minh Duc General Clinic for the purpose of applying for a job.
Whether it is morning or afternoon, the number of people who need to get health certificates at Minh Duc General Clinic to apply for jobs or take driver's licenses is still very large. According to records, this clinic receives hundreds of people for health check-ups every day.
The price for 1 health certificate issuance for completing the job application is 180,000 VND and 230,000 VND for applying for a driver's license, if customers lack portrait photos, the facility will also provide on-site shooting services.
In the section of exploiting medical history, instead of directly discussing personal health issues with the examiner, Minh Duc General Clinic staff will be fully proactive in filling out information in the dossier.
All items related to cardiovascular issues, genetic diseases, surgery... are marked in the "no" direction, although reporters have not been specifically asked.
Even at the physical examination section, the staff only casually asked about the height and weight of the examined person and, at the same time, self-entered information about blood pressure and cardiovascular disease while the reporter had not yet measured any health indicators.

After completing the basic information, the reporter was instructed to go for examination at the Internal Clinic. Here, no clinical examination activities took place, the female doctor sitting at the table immediately signed the health certificate when receiving it from the reporter. The procedure at the internal clinic took place quickly in less than 10 seconds with the result "normal health".
Similar procedures also take place in the maxillofacial examination area, foreign examination rooms, ear, nose and throat, examinees are only asked perfunctorily about their physical condition before the doctor quickly signs the health certificate and requests to move to the next rooms.
At the neurological clinic, the procedure took place even more "super-fast". The time from when the reporter entered the room to completion was only about 5 seconds. An elderly man wearing a mask, without a name tag, signed on paper for the reporter to continue moving to other specialized examination areas.
Notably, in the blood and urine testing area, reporters were taken blood and urine samples by medical staff and very quickly - after only about 5 minutes of waiting, the results were returned. This is a very unusual thing because this paraclinical test requires a minimum of over 15 minutes to get accurate results.
After completing the examination process at specialized departments, reporters were instructed to go to the Department of Director of the clinic to conclude, get signatures, and then go down to the reception hall to stamp the completion of making a health certificate. The entire time was only about 20 minutes.
Clinic director: "If there is a mistake, it is only personal matter
In the last 2 weeks of April 2026, PV has repeatedly played the role of a customer to return to Minh Duc General Clinic to get a health certificate, the examination and certificate issuance process are carried out super-fastly. Perhaps that is why people who only need to get a health certificate to complete job applications and driver's license exam applications all consider this address as "priority number 1".

Ms. T. (Phan Dinh Phung ward, Thai Nguyen) has come to Minh Duc General Clinic many times to get a health certificate to apply for a job with only one reason: the time is very fast.
It's fast here, it's much faster than in hospitals. Just take blood and urine samples. The rest is mainly through specialized departments to get the doctor's signature. I did it today in less than 20 minutes," Ms. T said.
On May 4, PV had a working session with Mr. Vu Nang Hung - Director of Minh Duc General Clinic to clarify the abnormalities in the process of examination and health certificate issuance at this medical facility.
At the meeting, Mr. Hung said that each day the unit receives and issues health certificates for 300 to 400 people, the health examination process at the unit is all according to circulars and regulations of the Ministry of Health. Doctors at the clinic have practicing certificates, labor contracts, and specialized examinations according to regulations.
We record the reflected information. At the same time, we will inspect, review, and rectify if any doctors are found to have done incorrect procedures and expertise according to regulations.
Currently, there are no specific regulations on the time to issue health certificates and the time to complete this for each customer may not be the same," Mr. Hung said.

However, this doctor also admitted: "The viewpoint of the clinic's leaders is to do the right thing, if there is a mistake, it is only in some isolated procedures and done arbitrarily by the doctor. If any doctor does something wrong, they must take responsibility.
Regarding the blood and urine testing process, there must be time, doing it by machine takes at least 10-15 minutes. If it is faster, the results may not be accurate.
When reporters provided information and images about some specialized departments showing signs of abnormalities in the health certificate issuance process, the leader of Minh Duc General Clinic affirmed that they would conduct an inspection and review and provide information later.
In the immediate future, we will let professional doctors explain, if there are any individuals who do not follow the correct procedures, they will be held responsible," affirmed the Director of Minh Duc General Clinic.
With the information provided by the leaders of Minh Duc General Clinic, hundreds of health certificates have been issued from this clinic every day, the destination is employers and organizations.
The consequences will be unpredictable if the above papers do not accurately reflect the health status of people just because some examination and conclusion procedures are carried out perfunctorily and irresponsibly.
