A leader of Cam Trung Commune People's Committee said that in this locality, a 5-year-old boy had just died in the Kindergarten.
Accordingly, on the morning of April 25, the 5-year-old teacher at Cam Trung Kindergarten, who named the class, saw that P.B.D (born in 2020) was absent, so she reported it to the board of directors.
Immediately afterwards, the school leaders and the teachers organized a search but could not find it, so they continued to report to the local authorities and police.
At more than 10am the same day, the authorities discovered that baby D had died in the water storage tank pumped from the school's well. The location of the water tank is near the child's classroom.
The police have now begun investigating the incident. The boy's body was handed over to his family for funeral arrangements.
It is known that the child's parents are working abroad, and the child lives with his grandparents.
