According to information from the leader of Duc Lien Commune People's Committee, at around 13:20 on April 25, train SE7 traveling from North to South when arriving in Lien Chau village, Duc Lien commune crashed into a truck carrying soil traveling through the railway.
As a result, the train's locomotive was damaged, the truck was severely damaged, and the truck driver was injured and trapped in the cabin and was quickly taken to the emergency room by local people.
After the accident, the train had to stop for nearly an hour to handle related procedures, then continue departure.
The cause of the accident is being investigated and clarified.
