Publicly announce the contents of handling land encroachment and occupation in the locality at the headquarters of the People's Committee at district and commune levels so that people know and monitor, ensuring the requirements of publicity, fairness and transparency in land management and handling.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to monitor and proactively guide agencies, units, and localities to handle problems in the land sector according to legal regulations.
