On the morning of January 13, the Military Command (CHQS) of Lam Dong province organized a conference to summarize "Quang Trung Campaign" - the peak period of supporting people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize life before the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year.
Implementing the "Quang Trung Campaign", the Military Command of Lam Dong province has built 4 new houses in D'Ran commune with a total cost of nearly 1.2 billion VND; built 2 houses in Ham Thuan Bac commune with a cost of over 268 million VND.
In addition, the provincial armed forces also supported labor days to repair 29 houses for 29 households in D'Ran commune.
To date, all projects have been completed and handed over to people for use, with a total implementation cost of 893 million VND. Thereby, contributing to helping households affected by natural disasters soon stabilize their lives.
Colonel Dinh Hong Tieng - Commander of the Provincial Military Command - affirmed that the Provincial Armed Forces determine that supporting and helping the People is not only the responsibility, obligation, and function of the Army but also a "command from the heart".

With the motto of ensuring that people have houses before the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, along with the spirit of "working days is not enough, taking advantage of nights", "3 shifts, 4 crews", the Provincial Military Command has been determined and drastic in organizing the implementation and completion of items ahead of schedule.
The implementation process ensures quality and progress according to the goals and tasks assigned by the Party Committee of the Military Region Command and the Provincial People's Committee.
The achieved results of the "Quang Trung Campaign" have received high appreciation from the leaders of the Central Government, the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region 7, the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Lam Dong province.
From the practical implementation of the campaign, the Military Command of Lam Dong province drew many important lessons learned. In which, emphasizing the requirement to closely monitor the area, survey promptly and accurately immediately after natural disasters to develop practical plans.

At the same time, it is necessary to have strict coordination regulations, assigning tasks with clear people, clear tasks, and clear responsibilities; supervising the quality of works in parallel with accelerating progress, absolutely not to lower standards because of chasing after time.
The Commander of the Provincial Military Command emphasized that each house built is a warm home of military-civilian affection, showing the spirit of solidarity, sharing and the will to overcome difficulties of officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces and local people.
On this occasion, the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command proposed to the Prime Minister to award Certificates of Merit to Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Bao Anh - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command; proposed to the Military Region 7 Command to award Certificates of Merit to 5 individuals; the Provincial People's Committee to award Certificates of Merit to 6 collectives and 6 individuals.
The Provincial Military Command also awarded certificates of merit to 3 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the "Quang Trung Campaign".
