Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung acknowledged the province's recommendations and proposals on adjusting the master plan for the construction of Lao Cai Border Gate Economic Zone until 2045.

Including the expansion of Lao Cai International Transit Station and adjustment of industrial parks, Dong Pho Moi industrial cluster, and Son Man industrial cluster.

At the same time, he agreed with the province's proposals in implementing a number of projects on connecting transport infrastructure and adjusting the planning to develop the border gate economic zone.

Lao Cai Golf Course is invested by Fansipan Sa Pa Cable Car Service Company Limited. The project is located in Ban Qua Commune, Bat Xat District with a land area of ​​80 hectares, operating an 18-hole golf course.

Investment capital is more than 552 billion VND, project operation period is 70 years.
