Ms. H Quan Hwing shared: "Thanks to the support of the government, young and middle-aged workers have been properly trained in vocational skills. Mr. Le Thanh Son - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Buon Don commune said: "One of the key orientations of vocational training is to integrate policy support for learners, especially for poor, near-poor households and ethnic minorities".

According to the People's Committee of Buon Don commune, the whole commune currently has 6,582 people, of which ethnic minorities account for 76.8% of the total population.
