Ca Mau appoints 3 deputy directors of departments from heads of colleges

Ca Mau transfers and appoints 3 principals of colleges to hold the positions of Deputy Directors of the Department of Education and Training, Department of Health and Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

On August 6, Vice Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan chaired a conference to announce the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work at the Department of Education and Training, Department of Health and Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

According to the announced decisions, all 3 officials transferred and appointed this time are principals of colleges in the province.

Specifically, Ms. Nguyen Hong Nhung - Principal of Ca Mau Community College - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training.

Mr. Huynh Ngoc Linh - Principal of Ca Mau Medical College - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Health.

Mr. Tu Hoang An - Principal of Vietnam - Korea Ca Mau Vocational College - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Speaking to assign tasks, Vice Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan congratulated the cadres who were transferred and appointed, and emphasized that this is both an honor and a responsibility to the Party Committee, government and people of the province.

He requested the new deputy directors of departments to quickly approach work, promote capacity and experience, maintain solidarity, and work with the collective leadership of units to successfully complete assigned tasks. At the same time, the collective leadership, officials, civil servants, and public employees of the 3 departments continue to support newly appointed officials to soon catch up with work, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of each unit.

For each field, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Education and Training to continue to innovate management work, improve the quality of education, and build a team of teachers and management staff to meet the requirements of education innovation.

The Department of Health focuses on improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, developing human resources and promoting digital transformation in people's health care.

For the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, it is necessary to promote traditional cultural values, build a healthy cultural environment, develop the sports movement and effectively exploit tourism potential to serve the socio-economic development of the province.
