The Inspection Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee has just decided to take disciplinary action against many party organizations and party members at the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department (CPD) and the DOD Sub-Department of CED for violating the principle of democratic centralism, working regulations and not complying with the instructions of superiors.
According to the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, at the 33rd and 34th sessions (44 and 16.4.2025), after considering the report on the results of the review and the proposal to discipline, this agency determined that the Party Committee of the City Department of Civil Judgment Office. Dong Hoi has violated the principle of democratic centralism, loosened the leadership, direction, inspection and supervision, so that some party members did not strictly implement the superior direction, affecting the reputation of the Party organization, creating bad public opinion within the internal.
Individually, Mr. Mai Cong Danh - former Party Cell member, former Director of the Provincial Department of Administrative Judgment Enforcement, was identified as the head but did not strictly follow the instructions of superiors, violating regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do. This reduces personal prestige and seriously affects the image of the party organization and the agency where Mr. Danh works.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan - Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Real Estate of Dong Hoi City was determined to have committed a similar violation, with a more serious nature, leading to severe disciplinary action.
Based on the level and consequences of the violation, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to reprimand the Party Cell of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Dong Hoi City for the 2020-2025 term; warn Mr. Mai Cong Danh; remove Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan from all positions in the Party.
At the same time, the Provincial THADS Department Party Cell Committee and 4 related Party members were requested to seriously review and learn from experience.
The Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission emphasized that seriously and properly handling violations by party organizations and party members is a measure to tighten discipline and order in the civil judgment enforcement system and strengthen the trust of cadres, party members and people in the Party organization.
