The accident occurred on November 11, at km61 of National Highway 55, in front of the People's Committee of Son My commune, Lam Dong province.
According to the camera image, the two elderly people were sitting on the roadside, on the concrete foundation of the entrance to the People's Committee of the commune. A car driven by a man on National Highway 55 was traveling in the direction of Lam Dong - Ho Chi Minh City.
When arriving at the above location, the car changed direction across the road and turned into the Commune People's Committee. This car drove straight to the location where the two elderly people were sitting. Too surprised, the two old men could not run in time and were run over by a car.
After the incident, the two victims were taken to the emergency room. By the evening of November 13, Ms. T.T.C had died. The remaining victim was Mrs. C's younger brother, injured in the leg, and is being treated.
