    On April 16, information from the task force of the Traffic Police Team No. 1 in charge of Lao Cai city, the unit made a record of 1 case with high alcohol content when driving a car on Tran Hung Dao Boulevard.

    Earlier, during the patrol and control process on Tran Hung Dao Boulevard in Pom Han Ward on the evening of 12.4, the traffic patrol team of the Traffic Police Team No. 1 checked the alcohol content with a car driver to control 24A-19XXX.

    The test results showed that the alcohol content was 0.454 milligrams/1 liter of breathing gas, this is the highest level according to the regulations on the treatment of alcohol content.

    It is known that the violator is Mr. N.Q.

    With the above error, the traffic police force has made a record of sanctioning violations and submitted to the superior to issue an administrative sanction decision of VND 35 million, depriving the 23 -month driving license for Mr. N.Q.D.
