Started in April 2022, the Phu Tho Province Cultural and Artistic House project has a total adjusted investment of more than 426 billion VND from the central and local budgets and other legal sources.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper in late February, this project is located in a prime location of Viet Tri city, surrounded by Hung Vuong Square, Hung Vuong Avenue, Van Lang Park and many bustling shopping, entertainment, hotel centers... of this city.
The Phu Tho Province Cultural and Artistic House project was built on a total area of nearly 18,000m2, with a scale of 1,000 seats including 3 floors above ground, 1 basement, 1 roof floor, with a total height of nearly 34m.
It can be seen that after nearly 3 years of construction, this massive project is now almost completed. The small patterns and motifs have also been completed.
The large-scale project with the main colors of white and gray exudes a majestic, massive but equally luxurious look.
The construction unit of this project worth over VND400 billion is a consortium of Nam Hoang Viet Joint Stock Company, Thanh Dong Fundament Construction and Handling Joint Stock Company and Trading Construction Joint Stock Company No. 6.
Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Nguyen Dac Thuy - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho province - said that the Provincial Cultural and Artistic House project has so far reached a progress of about 70 to 80%, and is currently in the process of completing the interior.
The Phu Tho Province Cultural and Artistic House project, once completed and put into use, will be the venue for organizing art performances, community activities, and practicing unique cultural heritages to serve people and tourists when coming to Phu Tho Capital.
