At the construction site, workers and mechanical vehicles were urgently mobilized to level the ground, fill the soil, spread asphalt, compact and complete the drainage project.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, a worker at the project, said that as the end of the year approaches, construction activities at the project are being urgently deployed and progress is being accelerated.

"Construction work in the last months of the year has been relatively smooth. The entire route has basically been paved with asphalt, and currently only a few points are being leveled, creating a surface, and constructing drainage culverts...

The weather is dry now, so we are taking advantage of the construction to complete the assigned work," Mr. Thanh added.

To implement the project, more than 14.3 hectares of land of 482 households were acquired. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim (Tan Kim, Phu Binh) who has a house near the project happily said that when the project was implemented, the people were very happy and supportive.

"After many months of implementation, the road is almost finished. People are looking forward to the project being completed and put into use soon. The completed road will make traveling easier, shortening the distance and travel time," said Ms. Kim.

Talking to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Dang - Chairman of Tan Kim Commune People's Committee said that currently, the route section through the commune, about 4 km long, has been basically completed.

"The project volume has reached about 90%, the section through the commune has been paved with asphalt, areas in other communes are still under construction, expected to be completed by early 2025. Localities and people are looking forward to the road being completed and put into use soon.

This is a very meaningful project, not only improving the quality of local traffic infrastructure but also facilitating travel and trade, creating momentum for economic development," the leader added.
